Dr. Suranjan John Thangam

Dr. Suranjan John Thangam is a Consultant Paediatrician at Van Allen Hospital, bringing specialized training and clinical experience in child health and paediatric care.

After completing his MBBS from Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, Dr. Suranjan pursued both his Diploma in Child Health (DCH) and MD in Paediatrics at CMC Vellore under Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai.

He began his medical career with internship training at CMC Vellore, followed by service as a Junior Resident at Christian Hospital, Berhampur, Odisha, where he gained valuable experience in community and paediatric healthcare. He later continued his academic and clinical journey at CMC Vellore as Senior Resident and subsequently as Assistant Professor in the Department of Child Health.

Dr. Suranjan is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for infants, children, and adolescents, with a focus on holistic child health, preventive care, and family-centered treatment.
