I had a skin allergic reaction while visiting Kodaikanal and visited this hospital for treatment. The doctor and hospital staff were extremely supportive and kind. They made sure I received my medicines on time, and the OP counter sister patiently waited for the payment despite network issues, which I really appreciate. There was also a Malayalee doctor who was very caring and attentive. Since I work in the medical field, I could clearly see the genuine concern and professionalism in his approach. With the help of the doctors and staff, my allergic reaction was managed quickly without injections
